Get Rid of Promises to Complete Past Human Rights Cases, Activists Urge Jokowi-JK
PojokNasional . Vice President Jusuf Kalla (JK) gave a speech at the 2018 International Human Rights Day commemoration at the Komnas HAM office, Jakarta, on Tuesday. When JK was delivering his remarks, the coalition of civil society demonstrated in front of the National Human Rights Commission office. They were a combination of activists from the Commission for Missing Persons and Victims of Violence (KontraS), the Jakarta Legal Aid Institute (LBH), the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI), Amnesty International and a number of victims of human rights violations.
